New City Connection is a personal management and production company that strives for greatness whether it be from our executives running the company or our artist signed to N.C.C.. Every artist from vocalist to producers are trained and developed in their individual crafts. For instance we put our vocalist and emcees threw vocal training with some of the top coaches in the biz. Plus we help them build on their writing skills. Artist also receive help in molding their images and strengthening their stage presence. At the same time we are putting together their demo packages to be shopped by our well connected and skilled management team.  

In the City we help every producer affiliated with us to grow, whether their seasoned or unseasoned. All producers are trained in our   state of the art pre-production studio to help them elevate in their craft and to become familiar with recording in a studio and the different types of equipment and programs being used at the present time. New City also schedules production sessions with veteran producers in the music biz, to give our up and coming producers some tricks of the trade. Then once they have tracks for commercial sale New City's management team shops them to perspective buyers.

Here at New City Connection ent., we also manage and help promote d.js signed to the company. Our team will put together their bio packages equipped with a mix CD and a listing of past jobs for potential clients reference.
